A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Georgetown University Law Center, Robert G. Weiss began practicing law with his father, Edward G. Weiss and his brother, Edward F. Weiss in 1965. Robert has concentrated his practice in the areas of real property, wills, trusts and estates and elder law.
Robert has served as a trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association and has earned emeritus status as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Robert is a former attorney for the North Haledon Planning Board, served as a member of the North Haledon Board of Education and Haledon Rotary Club. With the Haledon Rotary Club, Robert was twice its president, was named Rotarian of the Year in 1996, and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Robert also served for six years as the Municipal Judge in Butler, New Jersey.
